Cantrell Shoulder Skinner Exposes Shoulder Bone for More Accurate Cuts

GAINESVILLE, GA. (Sept. 16, 2014) – Cantrell, a poultry processing equipment sales, parts and service company, has developed a new Shoulder Skinner that allows for more precise cuts offering higher yields.

The Cantrell CNS-6200 Shoulder Skinner removes the skin exposing the shoulder bone location enabling cone-line workers to make more accurate cuts.

The Shoulder Skinner, which runs on any style cut-up line, can process up to 140 birds per minute. It can be easily adjusted to accommodate any bird sizes.

Equipped with a two-horsepower motor and a trough for collecting the skin, the CNS-6200 Shoulder Skinner will provide additional efficiency to any deboning facility. The stainless steel construction is easy to clean and a side shield protects against splashing.
